Working With Online Bookmakers As An Affiliate Marketer
Thousands of people each and every day attempt to raid the online bookmakers’ pockets, placing bets on a wide variety of sporting events. Unfortunately for the majority of these the percentages back the bookmaker and therefore some will win but some will inevitably lose. It seems like an impossible situation, barring a radically successful betting technique, which is improbable to the point of being impossible, or becoming an online bookmaker yourself, ways in which to beat the system seem slightly limited. However if, rather than trying to fight against the sports betting sites, you decide to take a step back and join them you may well be on the right tracks to turning losses into profits in no time.
Without having to spend a penny or lock horns with the gambling fraternity, an Internet user of any skill can earn money from the sports betting industry. They can do so by joining one of the many affiliate-marketing programs available within the industry. It may sound a little speculative or even downright crazy, but affiliate marketing is actually one of the most successful ways for the common man and the big industries to profit from the Internet.
It works by simply rewarding persons who choose to host advertisements on their site, with a cash reward or a percentage of the profits from each player who clicks on them. Website owners can sign up to these affiliate programs for free and even receive all the advertising and marketing paraphernalia that is required as a part of the bundle. There are no hidden catches or risks involved, all that a sports betting site requires is a small area on the site in which to place an advertisement.
In exchange for this free enterprise advertising opportunity a sports betting affiliate has the potential to tap into one of the most unique online affiliate programs. Rather than offering a small percentage of a sale or an up front fee, the affiliates can choose to earn as a sports betting site earns it’s money. To explain, each time a player loses money a sports betting site gains that money. However if that player has joined via the links of one of the many affiliate links on the Internet, that affiliate will receive a percentage of each lost bet. These percentages can range anywhere between 15 and 35%, depending on the level of the affiliate and a number of intricacies within the affiliate program. So each an every time a player bets an affiliate can earn up to 35% of that bet if it is lost.
However as it is gambling, players often win as well as lose, therefore some may question whether they are liable to lose cash should a player go on a rampant winning streak. The answer to this is a simple ‘no’. Most affiliate programs offer their members a sort of protection, as they pay at monthly or bi-weekly intervals, they have the opportunity to tot up the overall revenue. This process takes into account all of the wins and the losses encountered by all of the players that each affiliate represents. If this is a minus figure, the affiliate will not be held liable. The sports betting site foots the bill and the affiliate has to simply settle for receiving no money in that period. However the more players playing for an affiliate, the less likely this is to occur. Therefore the onus is on them to bring in more customers, which in turn benefits both them and the sports betting site.

The American Dream - At What Cost?
When people are asked, “How many of you are content and happy with what you have?” the reply of an overwhelming majority of people is “Not me.” And when they are asked what do they want most out of life, the typical reply is “I want to be happy,” as if happy is some kind of a place, like Disneyland or Happy Land. But happiness is not a destination. It’s a process. In fact, happiness is not even so much a sentiment (contrary to popular culture reinforced by the media) but more of a state of being and an attitude if you will. It comes from feeling connected with everything and everyone. It is the level of our awareness that makes the difference between living “happily” or unhappily.
Living in an increasingly artificial world, it’s easy to forget our spiritual roots, and very hard not to live the illusion of life rather than life itself. When we live by the motto: “He with the most toys lives,” rather than “He with the most joys lives,” we invariably experience artificial joy that prevents us from living fully in the here and now while connecting with real people, real life and having real joy. Perhaps that’s because knowingly or unknowingly, many of us fell victim to the illusion of The American Dream and its promise for sweet success based on a materialistic values system.
So before rushing to say: “I want more money,” confusing material success with experiencing more love and joy, ask yourself “at what cost? Is the high price tag for achieving success, as narrowly defined by THE AMERICAN DREAM, worth the effort and the great sacrifice? In the pursuit of THE AMERICAN DREAM it’s easy to lose sight of what’s really important and overlook the many trappings of success. You may sacrifice so much just “to get there” only to discover that there is no “there” there. There is more to life than material success and living by the code of external and shallow values that really don’t serve our highest good and purpose. Then you become disillusioned and life easily becomes an empty experience devoid of meaning and real joy or purpose.
This is not to say that you should not strive for excellence or even material success. After all, there is nothing virtuous about being poor. How can you help your fellow human being when you are suffering from lack yourself? It’s unfortunate that money has such a bad reputation (”money is the root of all evil”). In fact it’s the love of money - greed - that drives some to commit crimes that is the root of all evil). When used properly with the element of charity being incorporated, money can be a very useful tool to actually make a difference.
It is more spiritual to live well for yourself so that you can give yourself away to benefit others. You are an expression of life itself and that demands your active participation in the process of life through creativity and prosperity. However, it’s essential that you make informed decisions based on the awareness that the promise of THE AMERICAN DREAM which is based on a materialistic and shallow values system (to have it all and enjoy it all and live happily ever after) is just an illusion that may not be in your best interest and can actually cause you more harm than good. Success has its own trappings. It demands a very high price tag that may not be worth it.
But if you still insist on knowing whether or not you have reached “Happy Land,” in the end you will know it when you live your life consciously. That means you practice the attitude of gratitude for all the blessings in your life (remember it could always be worse). Your joy of life is not dependent on external values such as the accumulation of possessions that produce artificial joy that is as fleeting as it is cruel. You stop defining yourself based on somebody else’s narrow definition of who you are and should be. After all, your true essence, which is constantly changing and expansive, is beyond any man-made definition. Now that’s something to get excited about.

Picking A Home Loan - Short Term
You’ve found a home, your credit is in good shape and you have
money for a down payment. So, how do you go about picking the
right home loan for you?
Picking A Home Loan - Short Term
There are more than a few issues that go into picking a home
loan. One of the key factors is the amount of time you intend to
live in the residence. If you expect to sell within a few years,
then picking a home loan for a short term scenario is going to
be relatively easy.
ARMS - Adjustable Rate Mortgages
Adjustable rate mortgages are very good solutions for short term
home ownership situations. The advantage lies primarily in the
fact you will get a much lower interest rate on an adjustable
mortgage. This, of course, translates into lower monthly
payments, which gives you financial flexibility for the first
few years of the loan.
Interest rates on ARMS are lower than fixed rate loans for one
primary reason. With an ARM, lenders assume you intend to hold
on to the home for a relatively short period of time. As a
result, they are willing to offer lower interest rates because
they don’t have to worry about getting stuck with a bad rate for
15 or 30 years. With a fixed rate mortgage, the lender runs the
risk of lending you money at a relatively low rate for a long
period of time, only to see rates rise later during the life of
the mortgage. This leaves the lender “upside down” on the loan.
Lenders make every effort to avoid such scenarios.
ARMS - Risk, Risk and Risk
The disadvantage associated with ARM loans is the inherent risk.
With an ARM, the interest rate can be adjusted on a quarterly or
yearly basis depending upon the terms of the loan. If interest
rates shoot up and the real estate market cools off, you may be
left with a loan you can’t make payments on and a home with
nominal equity. This is a nightmare scenario. If you’re
considering an ARM, make sure you understand how much the rate
can rise, when it can rise and what the resulting payments will
be.
For short term home ownership situations, adjustable rate
mortgages almost always make sense. While an ARM may seem an
obvious answer, just be careful you are not stuck holding the
bag if rates shoot up.

How To Burn Fat The Easy Way…The Only Way?
You have heard enough about losing weight with various means like dieting, calorie restriction and diet supplements.
But,I have a question for you.
Do you have a bath every day?
If you answered yes..then I have another question for you..
Why?
I know your answer is “to clean my body of all the external toxins and impurities”.Right?
Ok.Now tell me what do you do to clean your body internally?Better still, what about cleaning your own mind of negative toxins everyday?
Have you ever thought about it?
You may be thinking what have these questions got to do with burning fat.Let me explain….
You eat every day and you breath every moment. These life giving acts of yours produce toxins and waste products every moment you live on this planet.
Breathing produces carbon dioxide and eating produces lots of noxious gases and sludge(waste matter).
90% of these toxins are expelled through the breath 8% are expelled through the excretory organs and 2%are expelled through the skin etc.
But the reality is…most of the population uses only 30% of their lung capacity and the colons of most of them is clogged with wastage and toxins!
This means that the toxins that are produced every moment of your exstence are getting piled up inside your own body because of lack of cleaning and internal house keeping of your body.
In other words..you only clean your body from the outside ignoring the inside where all the wastage is stored.
Your mind is another store house of all the negative emotions(mental toxins) that you experience in the course of everyday life.
These toxins are the No.1 cause of fat deposit in your body.Toxins stored around cells make fat burning almost impossible.Without getting rid of these toxins all your efforts to lose weight by dieting will go waste.
Because,
“Shifting to a healthier diet plan without getting rid of the toxins in the body is just like putting a freshly prepared cake in a bin full of garbage! The cake also becomes garbage in a short while”.
This is the reason why 98%people fail on a diet.
So the only solution for burning fat effectively is by getting rid of toxins first from your body and mind.

South Beach Diet Information and Recipes
It is a widely held belief that the key to weight loss is finding the right diet information which means the proper diet to suit their needs. While this is correct in a sense, it is misleading as well. The key to successful dieting is to maintain a healthy and balanced diet plan without having to actually diet. The South Beach diet was proposed by Dr. Arthur Agatston in the mid nineteen nineties as a healthy alternative to the many diet fads in existence at the time. The South Beach diet is not the proverbial diet plan. This diet is actually a sensible and healthy diet plan designed to teach the person using it to eat healthy foods and to learn how to eat properly.
There are many recipes available within the South Beach Diet to aid in healthy weight loss. Unlike traditional the typical diet information we get, the idea of actual dieting by starvation or counting calories or other fads or trends that ignore the primary health concerns of the dieter are not used with the South Beach Diet. The diet includes healthy meal planning and means for controlling the intake of foods including carbohydrates and calories by the dieter so that while they are not actually dieting in the more traditional sense of the word trying to lose weight. The concept is that people will eat healthier foods and in that way do not have the problems with diet failure or the prospect of constantly losing and gaining weight which is not healthy.
The recipes for the South Beach diet include healthy alternatives without being boring. Your diet information sources should include recipes for snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner all focusing on the health needs of the person seeking the diet weight loss. The South Beach diet is one of the most effective tools for weight loss and the rich diet information recipes will allow the person trying to lose weight the ability to eat all they want and stay healthy.
Losing weight quickly happens when you have the right diet for your body type and temperment. You may need to try a few diet plans like the Southbeach diet until you find the one that works for you. Check out http://realdietadvice.info for real diet information that works.
How To Attain Security And Certainty In Your Relationship
In Love by Design relationships it is important that there is
reassurance, certainty and security. The other day, actually the
other week, I had several people in my office who were not very
secure in their relationship. They came in on their own. They
were having difficulties in their relationship. They just didn’t
feel safe and secure in their relationship. They were worried
that their partner may be moving away or potentially straying or
not loving them in the way that they want.
In our Love by Design book (www.lovebydesignbook.com) we talk
about various communication modes. Many people that have a
certain communication mode find that if their partner has a
different communication mode, they don’t feel that secure of how
they are feeling in terms of feeling loved. That is very
understandable if you understand the communication modes. If you
read in our Love by Design book, we talk about four
communication modes, the Visual, Auditory, Digital and
Kinesthetic. The following is a brief overview of the four basic
communication modes:
Visuals communicate by seeing and doing. They like activities
and they like gifts. They notice people, places and things with
just the slightest glance. They feel and share love by doing
things with or for other people. They take things at face value
and do not look deeper into things.
Auditory people communicate through talking. They have the
natural gift of the gab, are designed to be able to talk for
long periods of time. They enjoy talking and listening to other
people talk. They feel loved when they are talked to, and like
to hear the words I love you.
Digital people communicate through connection and understanding.
The find the deeper meaning in everything they think, see and
do. Understanding is very important to them. They feel loved
when they share connections with others and are understood.
Kinesthetic people communicate through their bodies. The move,
feel and express through their bodies. Kinesthetics love to
touch, feel, physical activity and hugging. They feel loved when
they are touched.
If your partner is a different communication mode than you and
again we can be on all four channels or three channels or just
two channels and our partners can be on the same ones or
different ones or part of yours and part of another.
For example in the book, we talk about my relationship with
Michelle. Michelle was a lovely young lady and she was a Visual,
Auditory.
I happened to be Visual, Auditory Kinesthetic, and Digital. So
she was hitting two of my communication modes, but was not
hitting the other two, in the Digital or Kinesthetic channels.
She was not hitting my Communication modes so I felt empty in
those areas. In the relationship I had with Lucie, she was a
Visual, Kinesthetic. Again, I was a Visual, Auditory,
Kinesthetic and Digital. Although they were different modes than
Michelle, in fact they did have some similarities in the sense
that both of Michelle and Lucie were Visual. However, again
their modes were different, and not the same as mine. So two of
mine with Lucie were missing and two of mine were missing with
Michelle. With Lucie, my Digital and Auditory was missing.
I felt very empty because there was no Auditory communication
and there was no Digital or deep thoughtful or mental, emotional
connection. So with Michelle, we would talk a lot and do things,
but again I didn’t feel connected, intellectually, emotionally
or at a deep spiritual level. I also did not feel connected
Kinesthetically as much.
Many of these situations are reflected in the some of the
clients that come in and see me. A lot of them tend to be
Digital. Digital people tend to go to counselling more than a
Visual person. A Visual person would go to counseling or a
Visual, Kinesthetic person would go to counselling usually
because they are dragged there.
However, if a Digital person is with someone who is not Digital,
they really feel empty. Sure they do things together. Their
partner may talk or may not, but the Digital really feels empty.
Also in relationships where one partner is highly Kinesthetic
and the other person isn’t, the first person will feel like the
other person doesn’t love them, that the other person is
interested in someone else because they are not having as much
cuddling, kissing or sex, with them as they did when they were
courting. So then if the person is Digital, they start thinking
a lot, which is something that a Digital person does, which is
think a lot, they then start feeling insecure. Also if you are
stressed out in life, and you are Digital and Analytical you
tend to get a little paranoid if you are put under stress if you
are not being reassured.
So in a Love by Design relationship, it is key that your partner
is on the same channel as you, and if not, know how to work on
the same channel as you and to reassure you.
And it is important to let the other person know, do not hold
back even if you are shutdown on those channels either because
you are not on those channels or if you are emotionally shutdown
or affectionately shutdown. I know when I was playing really
adversarial back in the day 30 years ago or whatever, I thought
it wasn’t cool to show affection or it wasn’t cool to say I love
you or it wasn’t cool to be vulnerable . It wasn’t cool to be
any of these things. But frankly, it’s not cool, not to show
love on these channels in the channels you partner is in and it
is your job to reassure your partner and to be with a partner
that reassures you.
There should be no insecurity in a relationship, no game
playing. Sure you match level of commitment, but it’s not about
game playing, it’s not about withholding, you are here to give,
living is giving, and to give freely love in all the channels,
without expectations, in a positive, happy , positive-upstate
way. It is important to read the Seven Principles of
Relationship Success, which is being taught in Love by Design
and which is good to read, because it talks about some of the
things in this article for relationships success. So it is
important to reassure and don’t hold back, that way it will help
you create the life and love of your dreams.

Post Your Way to Success
Did you know that posting in Discussion Forums is a wonderful
way to make a name for yourself and increase the chances of your
success? Well, if you didn’t know, you do now!
It’s true! If you productively spend some time in online
business forums each week you may find it quite profitable. When
I say “productively” I mean NOT aimlessly posting to any topic
you can find just for the sake of typing. You should actually
offer useful advice and information for people as well as
answering questions that others have. You will also learn a lot
of useful tips to help your business from other people’s posts.
Here is a small list of some of the great reasons to post in
forums:
1) Exposure to your website or product-In most forums you can
put a small information box such as an advertisement below each
of your posts. This is a great way to tell people about yourself
and your business. You will also gain a link back to your
website to help with your ranking in search engines.
2) Making a name for yourself-If you consistently offer useful
advice and answers to questions people will begin to notice it.
Soon enough you be seen as an “expert” in your field. Needless
to say, this is very good for your business.
3) Learning-A lot of people frequently post in discussion
forums. Many of them have been in online business for a long
time and know quite a bit about it. You can gain vast amounts of
knowledge by reading other peoples posts. Or you can simply ask
a question and you are sure to get it answered many times over.
4) Meeting other people-Having a home based internet business
can get lonely at times. The people in discussion forums can be
a bit like your “co-workers” at a traditional job. You might
even make some great life-long friends.
5) Entertainment-Often there are quite interesting topics and
replies for you to read. Every now and then someone stirs things
up in a forum and it can be pretty exciting to read the
responses.
Well, that is just a taste of why it is great to post in forums.
Of course, there are more reasons and you may even have some
personal reasons of your own.
Now lets look at some ways to get more out of them so you aren’t
wasting your precious time:
1) It is best to post to forums that get a lot of traffic. There
are many forums out there but quite a few of them hardly get any
visitors. You can get a general idea of how much traffic they
get just by looking at how many posts they get each day. If it
seems to be getting a lot of posts everyday then it probably
gets quite a bit of traffic all the time.
2) Stay away from forums that aren’t moderated or that let you
post just about anything you want. These types of forums are
generally full of blatant advertising and spam. Don’t waste your
time with them! You won’t really get anything useful from these
forums. Also, DO NOT blatantly advertise or spam posts. It will
ruin your reputation and could get you banned from forums.
3) Restrict your time in forums by setting up some sort of
schedule or time limit for visiting them. You can sometime lose
track of time reading and responding to topics. Obviously you
need some time for other business tasks so you don’t want to use
it all up in forums. Trust me they can get very addicting so
this is an important step.
4) Do not post just for your own benefit. It is important to
offer useful advice and information to others. By offering
valuable comments you will get people to notice you more thus
increasing the chances that they will do business with you.
5) Take full advantage of the signature paragraph that most
forums let you set-up. This is where you do get to do a little
advertising. Tell about yourself and/or your business. Provide a
link to your website or product so people can get to it easily.
Your link will also help with your search engine popularity and
ranking.
6) Be respectful and polite to others on the discussion forums.
Even if you don’t totally agree with someone it is best not to
attack them. People will notice if you are rude and obnoxious.
It is better for you to just keep your unnecessary comments to
yourself.
I regularly visit quite a few discussion forums. I have found
that they are fun to read and post in and can be very rewarding.
Some are better than others but all can be beneficial when used
properly. You just need to find the forums that fit what you are
looking for. Become a “regular” there and you will be rewarded.
Here are some of the best business forums that I visit
frequently, in no particular order:
Open Forums (don’t require registration):
http://www.ablake.net/forum/ http://www.howtocorp.com/forum/
http://www.network54.com/Hide/Forum/184615
http://www.homebusiness-websites.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
http://www.ozemedia.com/cgi-bin/webbbs/webbbs_config.pl
http://www.network54.com/Hide/Forum/11488
http://www.williecrawford.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
http://www.friendsinbusiness.com/board1/index.cgi
These websites have forums that require you to register before
you post but it only takes a couple minutes and doesn’t cost
anything: http://www.wilsonweb.com/
http://www.infoprofitstalk.com/ http://www.siteownersforums.com/
http://www.associateprograms.com/ http://www.webproworld.com/
http://www.workathomenetwork.com/discussionboards.htm
http://www.mom101.com
I am sure that is good enough to get you started! The above list
consists of many of the most well-known business forums as well
some lesser known ones. Pretty much all of them get good traffic
and none of them allow spam or blatant advertising.
Now it is time for you to go and Post Your Way to Success!

How to Choose an Online Casino
The Internet and casino gaming are a perfect match. No longer are individuals required to take a long drive or plane ride to an out of the way location, either leaving their families behind or dragging them along while they seek out their fortunes. Now one is free to try their luck from the comfort of their own home. But where? The Internet provides a wide variety of casino options, and it is important for you as the player to choose the one that provides your best online experience. Here are a few factors you should consider when choosing an online gaming site.
The first thing to think about is the appearance or “skin” of the site. You may be spending hours in front of your computer screen, and you want what appears on it to be nice to look at. Can you see the icon that represents you as the player clearly? Can you see the chip amounts clearly? Are the graphics designed so that you will be able to stay concentrated on the task at hand, or are you likely to “zone out” and lose focus? Hand in hand with the site’s appearance is the functionality of its software. Is it easy for you to select the dollar amounts you want to wager and drag them or input them into the betting area? Does the site seem to “freeze” or “crash” at times without warning? Does the flow of the game have a professional (meaning the site is professional, not necessarily the players) feel?
You also want to consider what game you are going to be playing. Is the site geared towards your game, or has it been added as a side feature? Although you would like a site that takes your game of choice seriously, a site that provides a wide variety of games is generally a good one on which to play. For one thing, sites that are affiliated with established sports books or live casinos often have a variety of games, and these sites tend to be very secure and likely to thrive. This is good for you as you do not want to get accustomed to a site only to have it fail, or worse, disappear with your winnings. For another, if you are playing online poker, the spillover from players enjoying other games on the site is good for the game, as it can fill your table with players not as skilled at poker as you.
There also is the matter of safety. As mentioned above, many players have some concerns about the site absconding with their money. If this is a licensed, established gaming site, it would be highly unusual for this to happen. It takes little effort to verify that a given site is licensed and established. Search on the site for a record of their license and any gaming regulatory commission with which the site is affiliated. You should also take note of how long the site has been in operation, and what other companies, live or online, that it may be supported by. A legitimate site makes plenty of money from its customers legally; they have no need to rob you.
You have many online casinos to choose from, so you should try out a few to see which one you like the best. Many online casinos offer bonuses to entice you to get started, you should definitely seek these out and take advantage of them. Have fun and good luck!
Tom Shannahan has been playing poker since he was 16. He grew up watching his father play with friends once a week. He currently writes part time for Pokerlistings.com where you can find more great information about how to Play Poker and various Poker Games.

The Scoop on Stress.
Stress is defined as a response by your body to any demand made
upon it and a ‘demand’ means a change. Did you know different
stress levels have names? For example “Neutral” stress is the
amount of work it takes to maintain normal body function. If we
give stress a scale of 1- 10 where Neutral stress would be 1.
Lets take a look at Success and what it implies. Believe it or
not success is a stressor, called “Eustress”, which stems from
the word euphoria. We can give eustress a quantitative number
like 5 because it is a high intensity feeling and brings many
ramifications and changes. Now we’ll take a brief peak at
failure. Failure means challenge, or worst of all defeat. So
failure can generate what is called “Distress”, which, we’ll
give a number of 5 because it’s implications for change are
compound and also intense. I’m relinquishing the good and bad
judgements on stressors and trying to quantify them based on the
change from homeostasis-the norm perspective. If our highest
stress level is 10 this is when we experience all of the classic
“fight and flight” signs of our body preparing for action.
Hormones, like adrenaline, surge. 6 Your heartbeat and blood
pressure soar. Your palms sweat. 7 Your short of breath. Your
hair stands on end. 8 You’ve got a flock of geese flapping in
your belly. Your blood sugar rises and your muscles tense. 9
Your mind is focused on fighting or flighting. If you get to 10
you’ll probably mess your knickers because your system has gone
berserk from over stimulation and your body will surrender.
Though the odors may stop your adversary from taking that first
bite. These effects, up to 9.9 unchanged for thousands of years,
helped prehistoric humans survive! The problem here is that the
physical and emotional manifestations of the stress response are
designed to dissipate when the immediate physical threat is
over. But when they don’t, over time, these over used hormones
cause heart disease, hypertension, suppressed immunity, colitis,
irritable bowel syndrome and even depression. The greatest
defense against these physical manifestations is to realize they
are caused by your hard wired prehistoric emotions. For
instance, if you’re late for work and you’ve just missed the
last subway. What do you do? You can either panic, or you can
just accept the situation. Relax, take a deep breath and wait
for the next one. If you can change a situation, do it, if you
can’t, then you adapt. Understanding stress and its effects can
help you use it to your own advantage, and turn potential
“stressors” into positive challenges. Something I have always
believed and now seems to be coming to light with scientific
evidence is the fact that stress can actually be good for you!
The Latest Study on Stress This is a study done recently with
mice in a stressful situation. What the researchers did was they
take a bunch of mice that were bullied repeatedly by a nasty
mouse for a couple of hours for six consecutive days. At the end
of that period the researchers infected the picked on mice with
a strain of influenza that also infects humans. Other mice, not
subjected to the bullying, were also infected so the scientists
could measure the effects of the stress. The bullied mice were
actually better able to ward off the virus than the ones that
had not had to deal with an aggressive foe. So the scientists
changed the name of the stress test to “repeated defeat.”. By
whatever name, the stress apparently improved the memory of the
special “T cells,” that run the immune system. Low levels of
stress produce hormones that help us meet various challenges, so
a little of a bad thing can be good. Of course, there’s still
some question about whether humans will react the same as mice,
but the mouse immune response is comparable to that of the
humans and that’s why they chose the mice.
Did we need this experiment to prove our point? Hardly. But the
scientists do and here we are with more proof of what we already
knew. Since the fight-or-flight response is designed for
physical action, regular exercise is the best way of dissipating
the physical manifestations of stress hormones in the body.
Exercise, even stretching, can relieve tension in the muscles.
While fight-or-flight taxes the immune system moderate physical
activity can bolster the immune response. Exercise can also
counteract the anxiety adrenaline and cortisol may cause when
they flood the bloodstream for prolonged periods. Most
obviously, exercise is an outlet for excess adrenaline, and has
been shown to blunt cortisol production. But another way it
achieves this is by releasing serotonin, a neurotransmitter that
stimulates the brain’s “happy centers.” This occurs most
dramatically within the first 30 minutes of physical activity,
then tapers off. Exercise also induces the release of
endorphins, which block pain messages and can enhance mood.
There are peripheral benefits to physical activity as well. The
sense of self-control that comes with overcoming the anxiety
provoking stress, of course the weight loss that comes with the
exercise and the improved body image affects our outlook, and so
our interactions with others, which in turn improve our mood. So
empower yourself and make friends with stress. What Stress Can
Do For YOU! New research is telling us that stress should be
welcomed. Increasing evidence is pointing to how stress can:
Prevent cancer from returning Reduce the chance of heart
attack Increase life expectancy Boost the immune system
Increase brain power Well, do you feel any better now?

Sex Bomb sex toys with tips
A new retailer asked over 130 ladies in November what their best adult aid was along with other personal questions.
The most best adult aid for ladies was the vibrator, and they just liked it! Chicks were so excited by the idea of a massive vibrator that many of them would use it straight after coming home from work. The best kinds of vibrator were the bunny vibrators as they help to stimulate the clitoris as well as inserting into the vagina. Our top sex toy tips are:
1. Test a sex toy on the end of your nose to feel how powerful the sensations are
2. Vary the speed and pressure of the sex toy to change the sensations.
3. If the sex toy is waterproof take it in the bathroom
4. Try lubricant for a slippier experience with your vibrator
5. Use it with your mistress
6. Keep your your sex toy vibrator clean with your sex toy cleanser
The other discovery the new adult toy site found out was that the sex toy users just loved using their adult aid on a daily basis by themselves. If the UK women were in a good relationship they would use it with their loving partners.
The 2nd most popular adult aid was the exciting dildo dong. Dildo dongs are similar to vibrators except they do not have batteries or vibrate. Dildo dongs come in all shapes and sizes from seven inches to twelve inches. They can come with suction cups to have an excellent experience hands free and can easily attach to a bath or toilet set. Dildo dongs have been a firm best seller since the 1980?s and looks like they will be around for a long time.
If you enjoy sex aids you should try it with your favourite Penis Sleeves
A new retailer found the best way to pleasure a women is to buy them both a vibrator and a dildo.
